I had hip surgery so there goes my routines that I am use to doing and laundry is one of them. I had googled a laundry service in my area and Happy Nest had popped up, I'd decided to take a chance and I was very impressed, I had options on everything right down to what kind of detergents and the temperature for my clothes. Their app is very convenient. My clothes came back with the upmost care they've folded my clothes better than me!.. Again this service came upon me right on time and I will continue to use this service while I am healing.

I had questions when I emailed them. They did respond in a timely manner. They were efficient the tracking system for pick up was accurate. The person who picked up. My first order was pleasant. Upon delivery of items. Notifications were prompt. The same person returned my items, still very pleasant very professional. I was really surprised at the care in detail in the laundry service. I text several of my friends and told them they need to become “ Happy Nester”. I have never used the laundry service before ever I am 75 and I did not realize how much I needed the service as a holistic advocate and community activist. I do not have time anymore in my life to be attempting to find laundry days. This is so working for me, my compliments to owners and staff for providing and maintaining such an excellent level of service, which is lacking in so many businesses today kudos to the staff and happy holidays to all the nesters.

I could not be more pleased with this service! We put our bedspread in the bag, our very first pick up, on the Friday before Christmas. I was very concerned whether I would get it back on Saturday because I was having company all weekend and needed things to be in place. To my huge relief, my bedspread was delivered Saturday morning, and it was perfectly folded and beautifully cleaned! I recommend this service to everybody!

Picked up and drop off we're both a day late, but other than that the experience was really good.
