Clothing not so clean. Terrible pickup and delivery. Being charged for laundry that’s not mine. Had issues accepting my debit card. Loved that they folded and hung my clothing tho.

Both pick up and drop off for laundry is excellent. I like that the photos are taken, but the laundry comes back fresh clean, neatly folded and that is great too. I wanna wish y’all a merry Christmas and a happy new year. I am so glad I’ve get my laundry done by happiness🩷❤️💚🩵💙

The service number 1. Second, anytime I have a question or concern the staff is on it immediately, ensuring quick and satisfying results.

The process was smooth and easy. The price was also quite reasonable.

The person that picked it up was very friendly and informative. The laundry was clean and folded, and brought back but exactly according to my directions I will certainly use you again in the future.

Outside of a problem we created by leaving cash in a pocket, our clothes came back very strangely - T-shirts, sweatpants, workout tanks and pajama tops all on hangers while others were folded. I spent an hour taking 28 items off hangers and folding them after paying to have the lau dry done.

It’s such a relief to not have to make time for laundry. Everything came back beautifully done h loads. What a lifesaver!

The shirt-neck collar was still dirty, and the clothes had absolutely no ironing done. I've got to iron them again, and a few of them must undergo the entire washing, drying, and pressing cycle.
