I love getting the laundry back the next day beautifully folded.

Excellent! My address is very difficult to find, but the delivery driver found it without a problem. Pick and drop off was on time. The laundry directions were followed perfectly, and it came back clean, folded, and smelling great. Best of all, very reasonably priced. I have laundry service every week on the same day and it really is affordable. I would definitely recommend this service. Very easy, no problems.

The customer service is great. We have a recurring problem that the driver goes to the wrong building of the independent living apartment complex. But after repeatedly calling or emailing the service team, we've always gotten it right on the 2nd try. (I do wish we could get it right the 1st time.)

The only complaint is the company waited for me to Discover a $25 credit I was owed after a &262 order. I’m a disabled stroke survivor on disability so every dollar counts. The second complaint is my laundry attendant didn’t completely dry my clothes. I had several faux leather items that were wrapped in plastic wet. They had accumulated condensation by the time I opened them and that was upsetting to me. I spend a lot on fashion.

This service has been a Godsend to me. I am handicap and everyone makes sure the laundry it put on the top stepfor me to get it in the house. Everyone has be polite and pleasant. I recommend this service all the time.
