Fast service and great communication.

I was amazed that my laundry was returned so quickly. One day service is great. I had one item that had an infant urine smell and the item still has a faint urine smell when returned. I’ll launder it at home. Also I received notice of the impending delivery in the am and delivery arrived in the afternoon. Because this was my maiden delivery I stayed home instead of running some errands. I called Happynest customer service about the “your next notification” and the agent was rather flippant and dismissive. She said the delivery algorithm was off and the delivery person was delivering first in a customer-dense area. The inference was I needed to just wait. I may use them monthly but I’m looking for alternate services also.

My clothes are always neat separated as I ask and smell wonderful. On the phone it's always a pleasure talking to them and id recommend them to everyone
