It was easy to order from this site and delivered in the same day i asked for , but if there’s a customer service we can contact with and they respond fast would be much better ..

No one asked me about time to deliver flowers

Easy to use website and really quick delivery. Flowers were absolutely stunning

Superb, loved the easyness of booking and placing order. Just add a clear point where we can add Message to go along. rather an order note column

Flowers were lovely (smaller than expected for the premium option but quality was really good). The disappointment was the information around delivery. No updates until 4pm on the day and then all you are told is that delivery is being arranged. Can’t track etc. even after the notification. Eventually flowers arrived around 7pm even though booked days before.

Order taken for a delivery on Sunday . Apparently emails were sent that indicated that this wasn't possible. Never received. I only discovered this when I visited my 82 mother the week after. Very poor The flowers are now due to be delivered on Tuesday. Fingers crossed they arrive but Birthday spoilt
