Flowers were beautifully arranged and arrived fresh, in very good condition and timely for the Anniversary.

Visually the bouquet is not similar in content to the picture from the site. Delivery is very slow.

I made my online order and requested collection at the Liverpool Street Flower Station point. I ordered two Pure Bliss premium flower bouquets. We went there to pick up the flowers at 3 o'clock (we drove 1 hour to get there), and when we got there, nothing was prepared and the flowers were not there! No one apologised or explained what happened. The flowers were eventually delivered on time for our important event the same day, but that caused us a lot of stress! I would not consider buying again.

Customer service by phone was great!!!

Unfortunately gift of birthday floral bouquet was not delivered until 9pm.

The flowers were beautiful. Once received, they lit up the flat.
