Bouquet doesn’t look as in the picture!!! We didn’t receive the bouquet in time!!!! But we mentioned it and ordered in time within delivery rules!

First time we have used this company and unfortunately quite disappointed. The bouquet was nothing like the website. Company did call to say that some of the flowers were out of stock so they had to replace them, but the density / number of flowers was nowhere near as advertised. Flowers were delivered on time, but squashed into a box that needed to be a lot wider. Overall was expecting a lot better as no better than the flowers the supermarkets deliver. Just to add that they only lasted a week and so we are unable to send photos to the team

Placed 2 orders. One delivered at 20:16 in the evening and left outside the door (as people left for the evening) the other order just cancelled without even a phone call. Just an automatic email that went to spam… UPDATE - Following the review Flower Station contacted me to offer their apologies and explain it was a central system error and offer a refund.

Very disappointed as the flowers didn’t even last the night. They are all wilted and dead inspite of being lovingly sprayed with water! Please give me a refund on this order.

Timing could of been better but other than that great .

Even though the flowers I asked for were out-of-season and difficult to get, they still managed to get some. My daughter was very happy as they are her favorite flowers.

Came dead on time, not often that happens with other delivery firms. Cheers!

The flowers delivered look nothing like the flowers chosen on their website. Customers should be aware they fill up their bouquets with leaves rather than flowers. I wish there was a way to post photos here of what I ordered vs. what was delivered.

I have used Flower Station as my go to flower delivery for a few years now, I took my time to read the recent reviews and I came across a lot of 1 ratings, (other companies also had 1's- I think due to the hot weather we're having the flowers have suffered) despite that I called them and spoke to Peter/Phillipe not sure which, French accent. I ordered on line for the same day, their omnichannel experience is poor, they had no capacity despite the email confirmation, so next day worked- luckily. DHL delivered a deluxe bouquet 9with a time window, unlike FS whose window is all day)- however it's not of the same standard that I have come to expect. I could see little difference between standard and deluxe . The packaging was also poor. Quite unsatisfied- but what surprised me most is that in a client centric world the chap I spoke to was quick to say it's the organization, they don't listen to feedback etc, this is poor ethos.

Excellent service. Wonderful flowers. Prompt and punctual. Only issue was, an item that was advertised and I purchased turned out to be out of stock but because of how everything else turned out I don’t feel it’s worth dropping a star for. Thank you.
