Placed an order to be delivered on a specific date .did not turn up and failed to turn up on two more arranged dates. Cancelled the order and was told that I would be charged if I cancelled, after many phone calls to customer service I did eventually get a full refund.They then turned up twice in the next couple of weeks after receiving my refund with my order which I refused. Avoid this company unless you want to spend hours on the phone chasing up your order. I gave them 1 star because that was lowest you can give ,should have been 0 stars

Very competitive prices, I searched the web making many comparisons. The most important matters ...delivered on time, placed with care on drive as requested. Well packaged , secure and no damage to any flag. 90 square metres of natural Wood porcelain flags which our landscape gardener described as high end finish , a real quality product for the price paid and a joy to cut / lay. Delighted with the end product. Highly recommended.

Eqsy to use web site and fast delivery

Absolute joke of a company, rude, ignorant staff and crap products. My slabs arrived broken and most of them were unusable. Altogether, over three calls I spent 3.5 hours on hold for around 10 minutes total time speaking to a person. An hour of this was spent being told by an automated system I was first in the queue. I was informed i'd be sent more slabs and could discard the ones that has been delivered (like I could manage that in my fiat after watching a HGV deliver them) plus my local tip charges for hardcore waste. The person I spoke to confirmed a new delivery date and nothing ever turned up.... there was no apology or anything when I called, when I pointed out I'd received a confirmation email there was around 45 seconds of complete silence on the call before I told the lady her customer service skills could be improved. I asked for a complete refund and she spoke to someone else and I was told i'd have it within 3-5 days, I asked for this to be emailed to me so I had it in writing, she told me she would speak to her manager again, put me on hold and left me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. My refund didn't arrive until I opened a claim with my credit card company and they asked for a independent assessment of the slabs, once I told Paving Superstore I would be claiming back the money for the assessment from them even if I had to take them to court (£45 for assessment).... I had the refund 2 days later. Thus ended the worlds longest headache. If anyone's wondering, I donated the slabs to a local gardening group who have used them for "crazy paving" and hardcore. I got some new slabs from a reputable company and I have an amazing new patio!
