Porcelain tiles all delivered on time & no damage, qualty of tiles was excellent

The customer service is poor . Waiting for my order 12 weeks and when I have delivery there are missing 4 pack of my order. Buy in March now is August still waiting. Contact with customer service, promise to deliver missing order….. still waiting.Can’t finish my garden.
