I ordered a wheel bench which when it was ordered said that the item was in stock and to allow up to 28 days for delivery.28 days went and phoned after 45 days and was told it was being made and allow 3wks for delivery,that came and went phoned again then was told the ship with the bench on was arriving that week and would be delivered the following week, did not arrive so phoned again only to be told that there was a shortage of materials and was probably going to be 4wks so cancelled the order and was told what a shame as i had been waiting so long

Great product at a really good price. Only issue I had was the sample I ordered took ages, so ordered the tiles anyway and sample arrived after the tiles did!

I bought a metal shed from Paving Superstore at a competitive price and it was delivered in good time. And when I had a query about it they responded quickly and resolved the issue I had with no question and in very timely way. Thank you.

I have used this business twice now. Fast delivery and good service. Unfortunately the second time I used them the delivery did not arrive the day it should’ve, however they communicated well and despite the delay the issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

Ordered sample slabs with a view to deciding on one colour and ordering a slab project pack. Paid £10 for samples. Samples never arrived and I have not had any response to the emails I sent to enquire where the samples were and then to ask for a refund. Would not order from this company.

The Arbour looks lovely in our garden. Having done a lot of clearing of bushes during lockdown the Arbour is the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy our garden. Would definitely recommend. The structure is solid but was a little tricky to put together as there are no pre-drilled holes. Saying that it was easy to build it just took a little longer.
