The arranged delivery date was missed even though I had paid extra for a before 12 am delivery, I understand that at the present time delivery's can be missed because of the covid situation but the lack off any call or email to inform me of a problem was inexcusable, although the delivery was reschedule for the following day a Saturday, I had still lost a days money waiting at home, no offer of returning my money for the am booking was made which considering the situation I found very disappointing, However I must say that the actual delivery was very good.

Slabs arrived as described and on time

What can I say, excellent service and fantastic products. I did a lot of research online and finally found paving superstore and I’m so glad I did. From ordering to delivery it was so easy, I was kept up to date with my order (when I ordered my paving stones were on back order) and then when they were ready I was asked what day I’d like them delivered. The day of delivery I received a phone call to say they were on their way and they delivered right out side my house. I had plenty of time to have a quick look through and check the slabs.

Happy with product but I chose a certain date which was confirmed by email, so I stayed in all day to actually not receive them until the next day. Was a bit annoying seeing as I chose the date specifically. I did try ringing to discuss this but I was still in position 17 after 30 minutes on hold and gave up in the end.

I ordered my porcelain paving and paid for it on my credit card but then received an email the next day saying they will b approximately 8 weeks for delivery. I have now paid for them as my credit card bill came in but I don't have the paving and I really want them.

Communication is terrible. Website doesn't advise any issues with deliveries. We emailed to find out when products would be delivered as no updates on tracking in over 8 days nd took over 2 days to respond. Phone wait times are excessive. We were suppose to receive part of the order on 01Apr, it didn't arrive and received no communication to or contact to say there would be a delay.

Excellent service from the moment I got through to sales department. Kept informed of progress for expected delivery and heard from delivery courier to set up delivery date.

Very good customer service, quick delivery and all questions asked. Great product with just one breakage which wasn’t a problem for me.
