POOR SERVICE !!

I would never use this company - I ordered a sample three weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I phoned them today and was caller number 18 !! after nearly an hour of holding and becoming caller number one it then went back to ringing out and I was unable to speak to anyone. Needless to say they will not be receiving any business from me and I wanted to place a £2k order.

Misinformed and let down

Misinformed and let down due to significant delivery delays and no proactive updates. Placed order and informed I would receive stones within 2/3 days, it’s been over a month and still not arrived. I’ve emailed and called and informed that they would arrive in a few days and after a further 3 weeks still not arrived. Orders should only be taken unless you can fulfil from point of order being taken to order being delivered.

Nice looking but inexpensive

Was looking for some inexpensive but nice paving slabs and found them on Paving Super Store. They arrived the day they said they would and the pallet was positioned exactly where we wanted it. All in all a perfect order.

cannot get through on the phone

cannot get through on the phone , always a queue of 20 callers , so have taken a punt and buying , I had rec'd samples last year and wanted to know if this was the same colour as being ordered now ?? , otherwise price is very good and an additional 2% discount

Contacting customer service was so frustrating

The slates I ordered are fine, but contacting customer service was nearly impossible. I was on hold for 45 minutes but had to give up and try again later only to wait nearly an hour before speaking to someone. I tried the online chat and waited almost as long to get a response. Once I did get to speak to someone, they were lovely. But, it was so frustrating!

Service was not fantastic

Service was not fantastic. Never received any confirmation of the specific delivery date I booked but as my account said order complete I assumed all was good. On the day of delivery I waited until lunch and thought I would call to check delivery was on. It took 30 mins to get through when I was told there was an issue and slabs would not be delivered, but they would reschedule for a delivery next day in the morning. I was ok with that. Next day it got to 12.30 and nothing. Called again and after waiting 15 mins in a queue got cut off, then trying again I finally got through only to be told no delivery. I was then given excuses to do with covid injections, and temporary delivery drivers not having the correct shoes. No idea why any of that was important for me to know, but now I was getting a bit annoyed as I had planned the work for the Bank Holiday Friday. I was told the delivery would now be 2 days later on a Saturday AM. Fortunately they did arrive and all was good. My main annoyance is the complete lack of communication. I understand issues happen and can accept that, but its not acceptable for a company to cancel delivery and not email or call me and leave me sitting waiting. Then when I did call you have to wait in a 30 min queue to speak to someone. In my experience customers can deal with bad news if the are kept up to date. Unfortunately I can't recommend them and would look elsewhere next time.

Good service

Good service, communication was good when i rang for a query regarding delivery they provided a fast response and additional information regarding delivery company. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is that I had to contact them regarding the delivery and would have preferred if they had contact me further to keep me informed.

I order my slabs and could only get one…

I order my slabs and could only get one pallet off the truck because the drivers pump truck was out of battery had to pay builders extra days wages and the pallets and slabs was damaged

Terrible service

Took my order and payment. Delivery date booked. Never arrived. Took 50 minutes to get through on the phone only to be told my paving was actually out of stock. No email or phone call whatsoever. Felt sorry for the poor people who had to answer the phones. Disgraceful service. Have since ordered elsewhere and taken delivery.
