I ordered Christmas pajamas that won’t be here in time for Christmas! Very disappointed!

Well for starters I have not yet received my package. No tracking number provided.

I still have not received my dog’s clothes. spark paws chose a shipper that did not deliver to any of the addresses I have them. They blame the postal strike but other companies were able to select couriers which delivered to my address - not a difficult once and is in a town. Instead of taking responsibility for choosing this courier they just kept saying it was due to the postal strike- companies have the power and authority to choose who ships their products. I will never purchase anything from them again - this is my dog’s first Christmas and I am very frustrated his gifts will not arrive in time for Christmas

Shipping is snail mail. I ordered on Dec 9th and I don't have a confirmed delivery date yet.

We placed an order Dec 3 and still don't have our order with no estimated delivery time. Update: Customer service has offered to refund the purchase price and still deliver the product in transit to make up for the month long plus delay in receiving the order. We still don't have it and it is listed as still with the shipper.

Terrible shipping and delivery. Takes a months to receive!
