Always great!

Took weeks & weeks for the tracking to say “delivered” and when it did, there was nothing on my porch step at all. Very sketchy how when I click on “view your order” the website literally changed and the tracking site is so sketchy

I was scammed by a fake site using your name and so I was very leery to purchase, but now have a tracking number etc so all is good other then I lost money!!

It’s been about 2 weeks and no updates on my package in 13 days

I ordered matching hoodies for my granddaughter dog and I they arrived an are of very good quality. Unfortunately I underestimated the size and I got the wrong one for her, But I emailed customer service and got a quick response an exchange. I am very happy with the service I received. Will be ordering again.

These dog sweatshirts are really nice and they fit broader chested dogs very well. The biggest issue is that they ship from China. Its my bad for not looking into that. But they ship from China. I placed my order 10 days ago, 8 days ago, it was processed, at this point I don't have any idea when it will be delivered. I ordered from them before and do not remember it coming from China and all the hassles that includes. Hopefully I will b et this current order eventually and the quality will be as good as last time. I wish these websites would more openly tell you where items ship from
