Still waiting for my package

Website is super easy to navigate and buy the item that you want. The hoodies sweatshirt we got for our 75 lbs Pittie fits great and is a nice product. The shipping provider could be better. Friday texts said it would come sat. Sat it said out for delivery. Sunday it said out for delivery. Monday morning said delivery failure. Got home and it was there. 13 day delivery.

I understand there are delays due to the postal strike, but most companies are using a reliable courrier so the delivery does not impact the customer. I am confused why the delay is taking weeks. I do not yet have the product to rate the quality of the product.

Updates 12/31: After working with the customer service team, my order has been located and is en route. Its unfortunate that it took longer then expected but the customer service team was very helpful. I'm still waiting on my items but at least they are on the way and I should have increased a few days. This company looks like it's in the US/Canada but it's not until after you place an order do you find out the items are coming from China. I placed an order on 12/4 and as of today 12/23 still have no idea where my package is. I ordered in time for christmas and after multiple emails and chats the company keeps telling me the order is on the way. I don't even know what country it's in and the company can't tell me when it will arrive. They offered a 10 credit but after spending over a 100 and still no delivery, doesn't do much

21 days and still no package. Ordered as a gift, shipping and tracking has been horrid.

I ordered on 12/7. Still hasn't arrived and it's 12/23 with no ETA. I love the quality of Spark Paws but tracking and delivery is pretty poor.
