Still have not received order. Order was placed almost two weeks ago. Package has travelled from China to the US, then to Germany. I wonder when it will come back to the US so it can be delivered to me?

It was awesome i made a mistake on my order and they were able to fix it in like 5 mins after me calling so i really appreciate how on top and quick they are with their stuff this us an awesome company and they have cute pjs i will be buying soon.

I placed an order on December 2nd with this company. It took them several business days to reach out and inform me that my shipping address was not within their shipping region. I provided them another address and then waited several more business days where I had to reach out to them again. Not once did they contact me to correct their issues. Once again new shipping address was not in a region they could ship too. Company was being very evasive, was pushing me to hold my products until after the Canada Post strike to be delivered in the future or offer me an increased value gift card for more of their products. I informed them these were Christmas gifts and I personally don’t own animals so more products does me no good and holding for future delivery made no sense. They didn’t listen to anything I said just wanted my order and money, The only other option I had was my work address but I work within a mall so I was hesitant to provide it as it’s likely to get lost and we’re not allowed to be using business address for personal use. Essentially the package has finally shipped and now I see it’s coming from China. Absolutely worst experience and worst customer service ever. I guess it’s my fault, I’m usually really good at investigating the company prior to orders to see where they are located. Had I known they ship from China I would never have ordered. I believe the website says the product is made in china but no way did I recall it say shipping from China. Website is very vague.

received it duper quick and the material is wonderful soft and it's quality. i already placed my second order.

WOULD RECOMMEND PAYING EXTRA AND BUYING THROUGH AMAZON. NOT BUYING DIRECT. SPARK PAWS POLICY AND DELIVERY TIMELINE NOT WORTH IT OR TRANSPARENT. NO REFUND POLICY EITHER. Did not make me aware of the ONE HOUR refund policy and that this would not arrive before Christmas until after purchase! Will not receive until after the new year.
