Helen was very helpful with my query, sent me an email to order a new lock which I did and it was delivered the next day, couldn't ask for better service.

There wasn’t any information on the item that l chose about delayed delivery but there was for another product which is why I didn’t select that item. I am having to wait at least 2.5 months for delivery (won’t know for sure until it reaches the regional depot apparently) when I needed the item sooner

Poorly placed delivery time scale. If I had known that the bike shed was going to take two months I would not of purchased it. Why doesn't this state the time frame before adding to basket? Instead it's on a complete separate page.

I found what I was looking for, and I have invested in a relatively expensive bike storage shed. However, I won't be able to tell you how pleased I am with it, as I have to wait 8+ weeks for delivery. At no point during the sale was it intimated that my delivery would be this long. I was advised that I would receive notification by email after my purchase, which I duly was. You now have nearly £700 of my money for 8 weeks! Are these sheds made to order? I suspect not. How about a deposit system or similar??

No information given during ordering process about delivery dates. That was received 3 days after placing the order, with a delivery date of over 10 weeks!

Fast and efficient service

Purchased a bike shed. 3 months before delivery could take place . Also paid to have the shed installed, 24 hours before the install it was postponed 5 days which was extremely frustrating. I was offered compensation and must also say that Kelly at Head office has been excellent. I’m sure the product will be superb, just the journey to get it that’s been long and a bit frustrating.
