Geographical discrimination

In theory, a company that provides a wide selection of outdoor storage solutions. However, due to inexplicable geographical prejudice, they do not supply to addresses outwith mainland UK ie NI or RoI. Despite multiple attempts at engaging with customer service in order to resolve the issue, using alternative arrangements at my own expense, no assistance was forthcoming. I chose to highlight this particular issue to the group CEO, Nick Hewitt, in order to understand why this constraint is in place, but no response was provided. Such apathy and ignorance justifies the overall one star rating.

Recently purchased two Trojan plus sheds. I soon realised I'd made a mistake in ordering and emailed Asgard. Tracey was really helpful and I was able to cancel and re=order in a more cost effective way.

I called Asgard's customer support today as I had a problem with the lock mechanism on my 3 year old purchase, the lock was fine but the mechanism had failed, no problem, they agreed they'd swap it for me and I was able to pick up that day. Top service , I would recommend

Great customer service

I was looking for a replacement part for our shed. I emailed this company who replied to me the following day. They told me the part was available and gave me the cost. Great customer service who then confirmed that they had received my order, which has now arrived. Took about a week. Can’t fault them easy to deal with very pleased
