Misleading Delivery Dates Given at Time of Order

28.11.24 I have now had an update from the Customer Services Manager addressing all the issues regarding delivery, so I have upgraded the star rating. I appreciate the speed of the response and now look forward to a warm Christmas. 26.11.24 Based on the information given on the website and at time of order we ordered our gas fire installation for w/c 16th December. However, Asgard cannot now give me an actual delivery date of the Asgas 94, despite all the hype regarding quality of service they state they have no say in their courier delivery dates. Will delivery be week commencing 9th, as originally advised, or will it be into the following week? After Christmas? Nobody knows. Having taken our log burner out based on their delivery schedule, it could be a cold Christmas and New Year if we lose our gas fire installation date. Actually the w/c 9th December is into the 11th week from order, I miscounted there! MY EMAIL TO ASGARD “CUSTOMER SERVICE”: Delivery expected week commencing 9th December, i.e. 10 weeks from date of order, which is at the far end of your published 8-10 week delivery schedule. So I would expect you to accomplish this. Based on the information given on your website: "Things will go quiet (don't worry this is normal) until 21 days prior to your delivery when you will receive an Email / Text message confirming your delivery day" Although I note on the actual confirmation this information has been changed to 2-3 weeks before delivery. However, I contacted your office on the 20th November for an update. Your office was unable to do this, and said I should ring back this week. I rang back yesterday, 25th November, your office was again vague and unable to help. I was however given an assurance that I would receive a call back yesterday. This has not happened. So what is happening? We have a gas fire purchased and ready to be installed for the following week, if we have to cancel this then we will be well into the new year before we can reschedule as they also have long lead times. Would you like to come back to me, as at the moment the efficiency and competence you portray on your website is sadly lacking. ASGARD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY: Good morning, Liz. Thank you for your email. Your order is down for the W/C 9.12.24. With these units they are collected by a courier within this week given and then they will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery date. We do not see the courier’s diary so we cannot give you a fixed date. Apologies for the lack of communication. ME: Thank you for coming back. So the estimated delivery date of w/c 9th December is now confirmed, is this correct? ASGARD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY: Good afternoon. This will be collected within this week

Bike Storage x 4 We ordered a bike shed directly from Asgard. Communication throughout the process from ordering to delivery was exceptional. On the delivery day our driver arrived as scheduled and was extremely helpful offloading it in perfect condition. We Assemble ourselves, which went smoothly, all panels accurately aligned together. We are very happy with the quality and finish of the shed and its design is user friendly

Gladiator shed

Gladiator shed. I can not fault this, took 3 1/2 hours for self assembly and is of superior quality. Well worth the expense and wait for it to arrive.
