Despite lag of 12weeks of made to order purchase - poor quality control and resolution of product issues. Side panel arrived with no nutserts therefore door cannot be fitted. Open shed exposed to weather and unable to complete until replacement/repair. Unqualified time frame for resolution poor replacement and repair. Extremely disappointing for product marketed as premium. Likely request return and refund.

I needed a second key, ordered via the website and received within one week. Good service

An 8 week wait for a shed delivery is an awful long time. Otherwise all good on the website and looking forward to delivery in Feb 25.

after installing the new shed last Friday (22nd Nov), i reported that there were at least 3 internal water leaks within the shed, yesterday (29th Nov) an engineer turned up and informed the leaks were due to missing screws during the initial install, this chap lifted a section of the base and fitted new screws and sealed all suspect areas with silicone. Today i check for further leaks and i have found a further 2 albeit small leaks, this will require a further visit/repair
