Excited to get my aligners but don’t think they talked enough about the extra charges for the protection plan. I was asked if I wanted the retainers only though text and that’s it. I said yes not realizing that it also meant I was paying $700 for the protection plan. I wouldn’t have cared if it was told to me straight up that getting the retainers would also mean I was paying the extra charge but the text only said retainers not reminding me about what comes with that as well as the extra $700 that comes with it. I think they need to remind you that if you say yes to the retainers that it comes with the extra charge before they send you the receipt.

I wasted over a grand on aligners with this company. So much back and forth without meaningful progress. Ultimately I ended up seeing a dentist and getting Invisalign. Don't waste your money.

The process is difficult and impersonal. There’s no one to talk to and ask questions except AI. I don’t want to talk to AI about finances.
