Great costumer service! Fast at getting your aligners told me 3 week It only too about a week

Easy to get impressions. Box came on time with clear directions.

The service is deceitful and can be hard to follow annd understand. Is absolutely not worth the amount that they charge, and very poor customer service.

As soon as they make their sale, everyone goes MIA. They don't tell you if you're missing anything to get your aligners, they don't answer texts, and there's no way to call them. I sat for almost 3 month thinking my aligners were being made and shipped, only to find out they needed more dental records. It's all about the sale and then they're out. I still don't have my aligners, so I cannot leave a review about them.

I loved how quick and easy this process was. The ability to text with my advisors made communication very convenient and they always got back to be quickly.
