Love the products fast shipping too

The quality of service is excellent Erik's Bike/Board/Ski Shop provided tracking numbers in a timely fashion and my husband and I got our stuff much quicker than expected. Granted we only live a state over. The products were clean, and did not reek of smoke (we have had some pretty entertaining experiences). I would recommend this company to anyone!

Shipped a CX Bike which wasn’t available in England, from the USA to the UK, via a shipping company I’d organised. Couldn’t of been easier with the communication of the staff. So much so, I’m already looking at my next purchase. If your reading this ERIK’s Bike Shop, a BIG thank you, from a now loyal UK customer.

I ordered a couple of water bottles that weren't immediately available. Erik's notified me right away that shipment might delayed for a day or two but were willing to work with me if that might be a problem. I have extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, so I knew that there was a specific arrival window from their location to mine--three days inside. I responded that I understood and was hoping to use the bottles during the upcoming weekend, but could handle it if they missed. I said they might make the inside even with the delay, so not to worry. I got them with a day to spare, they were exactly what I wanted, and I cannot fault the service.

Needing a shoe I could both walk in while stopping in little towns and be able to add clips, was hard to find in wide widths. The idea of ordering online without trying them on for size and fit, wasn't too appealing. Internet reviews aren't always accurate. Erik's salesperson was very helpful with helping me narrow my choice. Erik's didn't have a wide in stock, but we were able to find the correct size shoe which fit decent. With how that shoe fit, I was confident ordering a wide online would fit perfect, which it does. Going by the size charts (which were wrong in my case) I'm glad I went in to Erik's to try different shoes on. I can feel the extra power over my tennis shoes and my knee pain all but went away.
