Ordered shipment, with 2 helmets. Only one arrived, though the invoice stated 2 were packed. Basically my word, versus the computer. I called expecting a big fight to try to "prove" they only sent one helmet. They were very helpful, and rectified the situation by sending out the other helmet.

I ordered 2 kinetic trainers. They put the incomplete address on, so delays with shipping. Only received 1 kinetic trainer although charged for 2 and still waiting to hear from shop when other trainer will be received. A bit frustrating.
