Their online ordering and shipping process is horrible. Also, it takes them over a week to ship and then they ship everything USPS. If you need to make a return, triple that timeline for a refund. This company should just stick to their brick and mortar stores and not attempt to sell online!

Eriks sold me a very expensive Stromer bike with parts missing (fenders, rack), damage to frame consisting of more than just superficial scratches and in multiple locations, and most importantly no battery! I've emailed four times and called even more with no response back yet. Very very disappointing experience.

The tire came on schedule and it was the latest version of the Specialized Ground Control 29x2.3 in the latest packaging about $10 cheaper than my LBS.

Timely delivery. No problem with package whatsoever. Great overall satisfaction.
