Excellent bike carrier and nice sale price. Delivery was delayed one day for some reason.

Sent me the wrong item. Called them at the beginning of the day and they would resolve the problem and contact me in an hour. Took them a day to figure out that they listed the item wrong. Had to call them at the end of the day to get the answer. Returned the item. According to UPS, they received the item this morning. Waiting refund.

Great shop with great prices.

Placed my order and the next day I realized I needed a different size shoe than what was originally ordered... They were on it, made the change and I got the correct shoe, price was right, good customer service, blah blah. I would shop there again.

Some locations are more friendly than others.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order on a Wednesday and there was a problem with my order. We corresponded via email the following day about my options. On Friday I told them what I wanted and asked for them to proceed with my order. I did NOT hear back from them on Monday, which was strange to me since most businesses reply right away. After not getting a response and patiently waiting, I decided to call them on Wednesday morning. I got no answer though I called the direct line, so I left them a message inquiring about my order. I got a call back the following day on Thursday afternoon saying how they placed my order. This was very disappointing because they did NOT follow-up with me and I had to give them a call to see what was going on with my order. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. By far, this has been my worst online order ever.
