Living in Colorado, I was after a specific pair of ski pants and I couldn't find them at any of my local ski shops. Of all places, I found them at Erik's. Unfortunately, once I received my order, the pants were not what I expected and returned them the next day. My only gripe is that they did not offer free returns. The full amount was returned back onto my credit card within a week. I would certainly shop them again.

Ordered a new helmet. The price was really good, the communication kept me updated, and shipping costs were...free! I think I might have paid a few dollars to get the helmet here a few days quicker, but for free it was plenty quick enough. I'm far from a bike shop, so some things I turn to the Internet to buy, and I'll turn to Erik's again.
