Just a little disappointed when they came with a big yellow Closeout Price sticker with price of $17.99 and I paid $34.99. I guess somedays you just can't win. Well I was wrong! i was looking for a very popular item that was sold out everywhere else. Erik's had it, and shipped it within 2 days of me placing my order. It arrived within the shipping window, and was properly packaged without any damage.

Service was great however the merchandise was see through and I can't wear it. It is a Close Out. Shipping was a bit steep. I didn't even order a fast delivery and it cost me $13.00. I send items to Minneapolis all the time and don't spend that much on shipping.

I was excited to find the exact bike I was looking for--a Bianchi Intenso Ultegra 61 cm--being offered as a demo. I called and spoke with a person named Jeff and asked him several questions, but mostly I wanted to get pictures of the bike sent to me. I called backed twice over the next three days and was told "the email is ready to go out, just waiting to send it" but I never got it. I decided to purchase the bike and hoped for the best. After ordering it online, it took a full five business days ...maybe more...to be packed and shipped. I tried to call for a status, and twice no answer. When I received the bike and assembled it, the good news is the frame and components, although dirty, were in excellent condition. I was surprised to find the gears all needed to be tuned up and the rear wheel needs some truing. Jeff told me that the shop makes sure its all tuned up prior to boxing it up, so maybe this all happened during shipping? Bottom line: I would probably buy from Erik's again for price, but was surprised that their web customer service is lacking, and that the demo bike was sent out the door without some love and care from the bike shop.

Erik's bike shop provides outstanding customer service. I spoke with a couple different people requested pictures that were provided right away. The bikes have arrived and are perfect! My kids are very happy. Thank you again. What a wonderful experience and we will be sure to continue purchasing through your store.
