Econ Customer Service!!!!!

I have never been so impressed with E comm customer as I was with Jeff at Erik's. I had a delivery issue with a new scooter for my son. I had keyed in an undeliverable address by mistake and my package was being returned to sender. With one phone call expecting that nothing could be done, Jeff stepped in and got to work on it right away. Jeff had great follow through and was able to get me a resolution to my problem. Above and beyond was the service I received. With so many retail and E comm options out there Jeff's response and follow through made me a life long customer.

Wrong item shipped. Never received a call back!

I ordered a blue pair of gloves but was sent grey. I called customer service but no one answered so I left a message. It's been over a week and no one has called me back. Booooo!

Good turned bad

At first the service I received was great. There was an issue with my order due to an error on the website and they were quick to let me know and let me choose an alternate item that was more money than the original item without charging me a difference. However when I wanted to return an item I received not one response after three emails sent. Good service only comes when your spending money, not when you're trying to get it back.

Cycling Shoe

Thank you for the good cycling shoe find. The cycling shoe matched what I currently use, so I didn't have to upgrade to new Sworks model, that was way out of my budget, or compromise on something else. Glad you keep older, high-end quality equipment. I appreciate the excellent products being offered online, expedited order-mail service, and very good value.
