Easy to follow instructions for setting up.

Volume great for parents who are struggling for their hearing. However, the phone is not simple or straight forward. Far too many options on menus etc.. Honestly the people designing these need to stop adding extra features just because they can. Fewer features and make it really simple.

Sadly I could not hear on the cordless set even with the boost. The base set was fine. I have had one of your older sets for a number of years but wanted to upgrade. I have had to return the set.
