Very satisfied with product. Fits the bill regarding sight and sound. Slight problem entering nine special numbers, but found had to override recorded message to get them entered.

Well I tried using the red and white jack plugs but didn’t get any sound to the head phones , plugging in to the head phone socket on the tv and to the amplifier only put sound to the headphones no sound from the Tv so my partner wasn’t happy ! I guessed this would happen . The Adio lead I can’t use as to plug into the TV is impossible lead not long enough and I can’t get to tv socket , as it is up and under the back , I would need to Stand on my head to get to it !!

Previously had Doro magna 4000. Geemarc phone for hard of hearing is so very good my wife can hear everything clearly . The ordering and delivery time from Amplified Telephones was simply and professional also had allowed VAT exemption fill in at time of order. Well done!
