I thought this phone was the answer to our prayers only to find that Mum is not able to hear anyone calling from a mobile. Very disappointed.

As pensioners we were finding it hard to hear the phone and now we can .the only thing that is annoying is it speaks the numbers that you are ringing, wish we could get rid of that

The connection between handset and base station is poor. Despite following the advice in the user manual there is interference on the signal and the audio quality is inadequate.

Arrived on time excellent for my elderly relatives who were able to use them straight away

The telephone works really well for my elderly mum she can now hear people when they ring her. This alleviates some of her fear of isolation.

The helpline was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery dates were within a couple of days of ordering. The phones are easy to set up, easy to use, are clear and audible. Good large buttons.

THE PHONE I HAVE PURCHASED DOES NOT WORK AS YOUR RECORDS SHOULD SHOW. I WAS PASSED FROM 1 DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER BECAUSE NONE OF THE REMEDIES I WAS GIVEN WOULD WORK. THE LAST CONTACT I WAS REFERRED TO SAID SHE COULD NOT TRACE THE SALE YET YOU ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT. I WOULD JUST LIKE A REFUND OF MY MONEY PLEASE. JOHN BROOKS
