These phones were easily ordered delivered quickly and on time. They are very nice phones, they look nice with sturdy, stable stands. I can hear well with the amplifier switched on. Unfortunately they don’t suit my husband as he has worse hearing problems than I do. But he is also quite unwell at the moment so it could be that he just can’t cope with the change. Also I haven’t worked out all the options for the answer machine yet.

The phone was purchased not for myself but on behalf of a 78 year old senior citizen. She is extremely satisfied with the phone, as it’s user friendly, was easy to set up and most importantly the amplified speaker makes a huge difference. She said it’s just the right phone for her and pleased with the purchase.

Very good service, the telephone was very good value for money but unfortunately had to return because it wasn't suitable for the person purchase for due to age the buttons where a bit too small for him to use. But the after care service was excellent I was able to return it and I received my refund straight away I would recommend this company pity we couldn't have kepted the phone
