Delivery and ordering were good but…
Delivery and ordering were good but actual phone complicated to set up and using the photo buttons for elderly person with hearing difficulties not the most convenient appliance to use . Could dial from photo buttons but couldn’t disconnect use red button on side . Had to disconnect to reset . Photo buttons too small not practical . Disappointed in products Had to call family member in to set up and he found it difficult M Ross
