I was skeptical about these services, but it’s now been about 10 months working with TaxRise and I must say I’m glad to have them on my team. I’m sure I could call up the IRS and handle all of this myself, but the letters from the IRS are enough to deal with. As client who has worked in Customer Service
As client who has, in one form or another, worked Customer Service for nearly my entire career, I am aware of the difference between good and bad Customer Service. I have always taken great pride in serving clients with a point of contact within my Company who 1) Provides a pleasant greeting when answering the phone, 2) Quickly identifies the need or needs of the client, 3) Provides the information and/or assistance in a clear & precise manner, confirming that I was able to address their issues in full and 4) After thanked the client for their business, ends all calls by offering a warm wish for a good day. It doesn't matter whether the in-bound call is from a client I have worked with in the past or is a roll-over call from a co-worker who is busy on their line with another client, they receive the same prompt, professional and courteous service that I'd hope to receive if I was the client calling in. I am also aware of the difference between good and bad Customer Service and the fact that while the majority of client feedback received regarding Customer Service are complaints; positive feedback is rare. Knowing this, when I have the opportunity to return gratitude for the stellar Customer Service I received, whether speaking directly to the Customer Service Specialist's Manager, by letter or review such as the, In the instances where I actually had the opportunity to speak with the CCS's Manager, they were clearly connected to the call expecting a complaint, only to be pleasantly surprised to receive my positive feedback and praise. I consider it an honor and privilege. Having said that, In the event that nobody has mentioned this before, Customer Service Specialist Arthur Alcala is a rock star in my eye and excels in the level of service he provides and provided to me when I called in 09/17/24. As an existing Tax Rise client, I reached out to Tax Rise for assistance in obtaining documentation I needed for a call to the IRS to confirm my identity specific information on the returns completed and filed with the IRS on my behalf. Arthur was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable in the performance of his job. He assured me that he would be able to assist with my request and did so in a manner that not only respected my time but left me with an even more polished image of your Company as a whole.
