This company is deceiving! Never answer the phone; One person says they are your contact person that helps you but each time you end up with a different person. They say one thing but don't actually help you with anything. But they want $6000 to do nothing that we couldn't have done ourselves. We could've paid that toward our tax debt! And if we had not called the IRS ourselves to find out Taxrise NEVER set up our installment with them. Now we are further behind!!!!!!!!!!!
