An absolutely horrendous experience. I paid close to $8,000 and they left me hanging, promised they would assist in getting taxes reduced, drug their feet, and they did not respond to me for a year. Called me 2 months ago advising I owed over $10K and when I said I wanted to write a check and be done with it, it took them another 2 months and now I owe $12,000. Stay away from this company.

Very polite and quickly explained and solved my problem by making an appointment with my tax person.
