Renzo and Chris Varun have been incredibly helpful in the transition to get my taxes sorted and determine what I owe the IRS. It’s been quite challenging to navigate, but I’m looking forward to the outcome once we begin communicating with them.
Over a year seemed like a long time BUT
I called frustrated and spoke to Renzo Iturrizaga and he was able to answer all of my questions. He was extremely patient and walked me through all of my concerns. I have been happy with the services overall. I would recommend TaxRise to my friends and family. Peace of mind was definitely worth the fees to get me all caught up.

I'm giving this a 3 star for now because I haven't finished my business with TaxRise. When I first signed-up with TaxRise, I was told my rep would follow me throughout the whole procedure. Any issues? I just needed to contact him. I've already paid my fees when they were due. I have been trying to contact my rep, Kyle, since this process began and no response. I've sent e-mails directly to him, but again, no response. The only time I've spoken to Kyle was my initial conversation with him. I also reached out to my R.E.D. specialist, again, no response. I had an appointment scheduled but received an email from TaxRise that they had to reschedule to due to office closure. To date, no one has contacted me to reschedule. When I went on my portal, it tells me I need to upload documents. When I click on the button, no link for me to upload the requested documents. I am still hopeful that someone will reach out to me and help me.
Just take my money and don't communicate with me? Wow!!
So far, they have taken my money and not done anything. Maybe they have, but they can't or won't update me, or return my calls
