I purchased a wig and then it said it was unfulfilled but paid for. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they keep sending me 10% refund -20% refund when I told them that I wanted my full refund. The last resort is to go to my bank and dispute the charge. Do not purchase from this site, it is a scam.

I ordered 3 wings, received 1, no answer from the customer service. The one I received is very poor quality. Don’t buy from them

As far as I’m concerned, you don’t even deserve one star, but that was the only way I can get to express my feelings about your company. I placed an order and within a half hour I changed my mind and canceled the order. The company seems to be ignoring my cancellation And is continuing with my order. My order number is W83229872 and I was charged $65.98. I expect a reimbursement to my account.

November 2024 Buyer beware! SCAM I placed an order this month for my Birthday to myself. I have since read recent reviews and I agree this “Wiggy” hair company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Do NOT order….you will lose your $$$$

VERY disappointed, do not waste your money. Product arrived, cheaply made, not as shown on their website. Very thin. I tried multiple times to email for a return authorization and the last email came back undeliverable. So $70 wasted. This company is a scam

Yeah, so,I finally got my wig in the mail today and though it is the one I ordered it does not look good like it did in the pictures on their website. If I took it to a salon and had it cleaned up it would probably look a lot better. It definitely wasn't worth the $60 something dollars I paid. I will not be ordering from them anymore, ever.

Wig was not what was adverrtized. Lace front was unnaturally straight, part should not have shown but it was a straight line and fake. The wig did not have the cut and style of the video. Color was off. Shameful.

I ordered two sets of hair toppers—different colours—from Wigyy. It was clearly stated that the topper was human hair, so I could use the hair dryer and straightener, etc. I received the order, but then I travelled overseas to work, so I did not have a chance to wear them. Yesterday, I tried on my hair. At first, it felt like polyester/ synthetic. When I used the straightener to curl it, it was damaged and smelt like plastic. This company is a scammer and a liar. Stay away from it. I am distraught!

I am trying to return the wig,,,the silver is to shiny and the hair is synthetic . I am so bummed as I am on low income and lost 60.00!!
