Love my wigs they are always packed well and are exactly what you ordered love this website

I have ordered 2 wigs for my wife about 6 weeks ago. The orders were acknowledged and my account was charged. However, the products were not shipped. I contacted customer service and were told that the products are custom made and no delivery date was given. i was promised a discount of 15% but not was not materialized. the aftersale service was not good at all. i felt i have been cheated

Ordered a wig on oct 2, 2024 and no information on when it will be delivered! I was scammed!

Took 44 days and at least a dozen emails to locate my order to finally receive a cheap image of what I thought I was buying. This was my first order and will never never order another one. Now the challenge is to see if the honour their refund policy.

This will be my second hair piece that I have purchased and I am very pleased with the first one, the reason for me to buy from you again.

This is a scam!! The photos that you are seeing are Not what you get!!!! You are seeing high prices wigs pics that have been stolen off a legit wig website!! and you are getting cheap, Halloween , pathetic wigs that are so fake looking !!

Dreadful product. Colour blonde brown was red/dark brown. Can't contact them. PayPal dealing with getting a refund. Happy to return but no return address or email details. Complete scam.

We ordered a wig for my mom who is going through chemo and lost her hair. She is on a tight budgeting the wig she ordered is cute and ot was within her means. We ordered over a month ago and every time I inquire I am met woth an offer of a percent of a return and to keep waiting for the product even though I've stated for 2 weeks now that I want a full refund. Horrible company that takes advantage and I hope they go out of business.

This site is a scam: it is the 4th mail I send to be refund because the color I chose does not fit and they do not indicate me the return procedure, always asking me new information to win time and probably think that I will give up ...
