I need to be a little careful here. The product was excellent, however, the packaging left a great deal to be desired. When the parcel arrived, the box was "battered" to say the least. Had the order been breakable, I would have not removed the sealing tape, I would have just refused to accept the parcel at the door. I cant fault the product, and being metal, I knew it was safe inside the box.

Saw what I was looking for. Ordered. It arrived intact, on time in sensible packing & well priced.

So disappointed in this company. I only bought wee egg shaped salt & pepper shakers, however the bottom stopper never fitted the bottom of the salt one… I emailed, and emailed again to see if even my emails were received… I had sporadic responses, with the promise of a new stopper for the bottom, which wouldn’t help as the bottom was faulty.. I returned the actual salt shaker to show how bad the fault was, and I had more salt in my kitchen area with it constantly dallying from faulty bottom…. I never got the faulty Salt shaker replaced, and none of the promised stoppers even arrived… poor poor show!!! I keep thinking that was a wee salt mill, imagine I’d bought a bigger more expensive item from here, they can’t even replace a faulty salt mill!

I ordered a beautiful cushion from SAK Home, there was a delay in shipping due to Brexit, however I was kept in the loop the whole time and they were brilliant. The cushion arrived packaged well and the quality superb. I would definitely recommend.

Not received order, emailed and you provided picture of parcel on my door step. I was in all day, why did the driver not knock? Hundreds of people pass my house every day as i live next to a school. Contacted you several times but you dont reply.
