great little product and alternative ranges available. Site was simple to use and easy to manage. unfortunately exterior packaging was damaged in transit. but thankfully the product box was well wrapped up within the box.

Replaced damaged item within a matter of days, but still waiting for damaged item to be picked up. Good customer service can't fault them

Extremely poor customer service and had to pay to return broken items???? A week on and still no refund issued!!!!!

Items were delivered promptly and as expected. Unfortunately despite thorough packaging the couriers had broken one bowl. This was easily and swiftly replaced - thank you! Worth noting the replacement item had been poorly handled by the courier. The box was totally crushed but fortunately the item was still ok.

Product was ok but delivery was very poor. Delivery guy left £200 of products outside front door luckily we have good neighbours who kept an eye on it for us. Was left at 8-25 am and I get home at 5pm Would I buy from again, not if using same delivery company to be honest.
