Chipped Mary Berry gravy boat

This is the second order I have placed with Sak. The first arrived undamaged and intact. The second order arrived and the Mary Berry gravy boat had a small chip in it. I spoke to a very polite, helpful lady called Charlotte from the customer services department who asked me to send a photograph, which I did, and said that a replacement would be sent.

Absolutely shockingly terrible!!!!!

Absolutely shockingly terrible!!!!!! After having bought a wall clock online. We received the wrong one, which is fine as these things can happen. We reached out to the so called “customer care team” who happens to be one single person called “Andy” who I can say with utmost certainty does NOT possess an iota of anything resembling customer care skills. It transpired that the clock we in fact did order was out of stock and the website had not been updated. He then arranged for the wrong clock to be collected but did not respond to several telephone calls and emails regarding the refund for the order. We were left without a clock and without a refund of the initial amount of circa £65. After several days this same Andy returns my phone calls and I can safely say that I have never experienced anyone as rude or unprofessional as he was. He responded with a “what do you want” when I answered my phone and then continued to be abrasive and nonchalant. It is a shame that we as a society are campaigning so very hard for small businesses to be supported. Something that is more important now than ever before. However, I will say with certainty, that I will not be supporting this little business and can not recommend them in any way whatsoever to any potential clients. Please be advised that they misrepresent stock online, take your payment and then make you jump through hoops to receive a rightfully owed refund, all enveloped in substandard unprofessional people masquerading as “customer care representatives”.
