Placed an order three weeks ago and nothing received or dispatched. I emailed asking where it was and just received a snotty reply telling me to click on the link in an email (which merely showed my order had been placed). I've now sent two further emails asking where my items are and no response...

Purchased some sets of Mary Berry dinnerware, a few items had faults in them so I took a photo sent it off to customer service and replacements were sent with no problem. Thank you for the great customer service.

I was reluctant to place a second order with this company, after my first order took weeks to arrive (due to problems with goods arriving into the country late). However, because I had received regular emails from their Customer Service team and then finally my products arrived, I decided to give them another chance with a second order. I was not disappointed as my order arrived the next day. Very pleased with the products and I would order from them again. I think they just had a blip with supply and seem to have that under control now

Ordered 8 plates on 24 April, arrived 3 weeks later 6 were broken. Promised a replacement order straight away and I am still waiting. Asked for a refund last week, no response... Looks like I’m going to have to take the loss and buy again elsewhere unfortunately 😕 complete rip off.
