Joanne Sangster at Ripples London guided us through the design of our bathroom and cloakroom. She came up with innovative and helpful suggestions and then worked closely with our contractors to ensure a successful finished product that we so happy with. Throughout the process she was friendly, professional and a problem solver. I would highly recommend her.

I recommend Ripples to all my friends. Lisa and her team have created two beautiful bathrooms for us (the first one 16 years ago and a new one this year). I'm impressed by their design, the quality of all the products and the thought and care that goes into the whole process. Ripples tile shop offers a great selection of Ca’Pietra tiles. Alfie the store manager is knowledgable and professional. The service we received was efficient and all time frames met. I would highly recommend this shop if your looking for a Bathroom design or purchasing tiles for any project.

We needed to upgrade both our bathrooms and had gone through an extensive selection process. We went with Ripples because of Lisa's service and attentiveness, good design services and great selection of suppliers. Lisa was attentive throughout the process and Andy and the team that was involved in the installation process were absolutely excellent. Not only did they did a top notch job, they made excellent recommendations and guidance along the way. We are very satisfied and would use Ripples again.

Being our first major renovation project in our new home we knew we needed help so approached Ripples London and were appointed Jo as our designer. Throughout the process she was so friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly made our dream bathrooms come to life! Ripples have a great team of designers waiting to promote quality product to the final client. As a group Ripples are amazing to work with but individually each showroom has the special warmth & skills. Ripples are a group but are a franchise so each are a family owned business of independents therefore every order is important & every customer is treated with the highest level of service. I really enjoy my experience working with any of the Ripples team I have the pleasure to work with. A special review from myself must go to Ripples Wokingham & Beaconsfield who do make extra effort to design with quality product in mind & finding correct design for the clients dreams. Its easy to sell same or easy product but these 2 branches go the extra levels to learn & promote the highest standards to their showroom but also end client.
