Dropped my bike off in the morning; very friendly reception; worked the day in London, texted when leaving my venue and my bike was ready for collection when I got there - exactly what it says on the tin! Would like it if they could provide changing cubicles so I didn't have to walk to my customer's office in lycra and smart shoes and ask to use their rest rooms to change in. Ultimately, if there were showers that could be used? Great service, very friendly people—will use it again when I am next in town if I am close enough to the shop.

Easy, affordable and very welcome service! I really hope it continues to be successful and they can open more locations (Waterloo!) and have some stay open later.

I loved this service. The team was very helpful, they helped me find the right pass to suit my needs, filled up my water bottle and looked after my bike impeccably - it was all so convenient!
