It was really easy to use. You pre-book the drop-off (can be one or multiple days) and then take your bike there. The staff scan the QR code and then take your bike. They send you a text message which you reply to when you're on your way back to pick up your bike. Really easy to use and would recommend for anyone who gets anxiety when they lock up their bike in central London.

Easy parking for bike which I then knew was safe all day. Great not to be worried about it being damaged or stolen.

This service is priceless for the peace of mind you get. So many cyclists I know have had their bicycles stolen despite using expensive locks & locking them on busy streets. Would happily buy a package if I was in town more often!
