Friendly in store service...but booking the bike in was a bit cumbersome as I needed to complete my details twice (once to register the bike and once to pay the invoice by credit card) both times I visited. It would better if customer and payment details could be stored to make drop off easier.

Literally the best and nicest people. Signed up for one of their locations that wasn’t open at the time by accident and they called the builders to have them let me in anyways. So kind!

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Customer service is rare in London, which these guys nail.

First class. Great service, great location and easy drop off/collection. Just what I needed. Somewhere safe to leave the bike, knowing it would be waiting for me when I got back. I will certainly be using Bike Drop again. Looking forward to more locations.

Bike Drop is an excellent idea! I was relieved to be able to get into London using my ebike and know that it was somewhere secure (and dry!) whilst I was attending appointments. I will definitely use the service again.

The people at the shop were friendly and I felt safe leaving my bike with them. It's a really great service and I look forward to using them again in the future. Please add a Bike Drop in South Kensington by the Museums. :)
