Fantastic. I can not recommend Bike-Drop enough. The Valet style parking makes it so easy to drop and pick up your bike with a peace of mind that your bike is safe. This is a great concept and so original. Thank you Bike-Drop Team for making our lives easier in an otherwise stressful times..

Bike Drop is an amazing addition to London! My husband and I can now ride our e-bikes to Mayfair and surrounding areas, and know our bikes will be SAFE and secure. This is such a wonderful option to riding public transportation during Covid. I would NEVER leave my bike unattended prior to using Bike Drop, as so many friends have had their bikes stolen. Thank you for opening and providing such a great service! Well done, Bike Drop!

Exactly as expected - courteous and friendly team at drop off and collection. Bike ready (and wiped down) when i came to collect.

A good concept delivered by great front of house staff. Worth 5 stars if only they could make payments easier. Cannot they not provide an App which stores our details for repeat purchases ?
