I was in central London and had no place to drop my bike. A staff member from Apple store told me about this service. I had no idea about it. When I got there I was impressed. Really easy and trustable. Took me 1 minute to have all set and paid. Staff was also very friendly. I'd only suggest you to consider a cheaper charge for quick drops (less than 40 mins for instance). Thank you!

Everyone at Bike Drop was friendly and efficient. The booking process was simple and the drop off and collection was easy. From the moment I was welcomed at Oxford Circus Bike Drop, I was confident that my bike and helmet were completely secure and I could go off to spend the day shopping with complete peace of mind. I shall certainly be using Bike Drop again and will recommend it to my friends.

The staff at the Bike Drop near Oxford Circus were very helpful when I needed to store my bike overnight due to a puncture. They couldn’t fix it as they did not have the right tools for my electric bike but they kept me informed and were generally amazing.
